Exchange Policy
For any purchase made online, we accept exchanges by mail for unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. To expedite your return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit, please:
- Complete the “Exchange” portion of your receipt.
- In the original box, carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, attached and in original condition, and include your completed receipt with the item(s). Be sure to keep a duplicate copy of this receipt for your records.
- Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. We are sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D. packages

If you have misplaced your receipt, please contact us, and a Me & Max associate will be happy to help you. At this time, we regret that Me & Max merchandise cannot be returned for refund.
Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship. If your jacket is defective due to workmanship, we will repair or replace it without additional cost. This policy is effective for 30 days from date of shipment. You are responsible for shipping costs. This does not apply to alterations or other repairs.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information, unless required by law. All information is kept private. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe.
Shipping & Order Information
All items purchased online will ship within one (1) to five (5) days of payment confirmation. Shipping time will vary from three (3) to seven (7) days depending on location; Hawaii and Alaska may take longer for delivery. We are currently only shipping to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for your security. All shipments are fully insured in transit and may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for damage or tampering. All shipping costs will be added when you place your order. If you would like your order shipped overnight, please contact us for cost and information. All orders shipped within California will be charged a 7.25% sales tax when placing an order.
SSL (Secure Socket Layers) technology is used to keep your transactions safe during transmission and is not stored online.
